Job Seeker Profile Information: If you create a job seeker profile, you may optionally provide a professional headline, biography, skills, years of experience, education, desired job type, desired salary, LinkedIn profile URL, resume file, and cover letter file. This information is used to help match you with relevant job opportunities and to allow employers to discover your profile. Employer Information: If you register as an employer, we collect your company name and contact information in addition to your account details. Job postings you create are stored and displayed publicly on the platform. Application Data: When you apply for a job, we store your application including any cover letter message and responses to screening questions set by the employer. Usage Information: We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: • Create and manage your account • Display job listings and match job seekers with relevant opportunities • Allow employers to search for and discover job seeker profiles • Send transactional emails such as application confirmations, job approval notices, and account-related notifications • Notify employers when a job seeker applies to one of their listings • Facilitate employer-to-seeker invitations to apply • Enforce our terms of service and maintain platform integrity • Improve the functionality and user experience of the platform We do not use your personal information for advertising purposes, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

With Employers (Job Seekers): Your profile is visible in Talent Search in a limited form — your first name, headline, skills, and general location. Your full name, email address, resume, and cover letter are only accessible to an employer after they pay to unlock your profile. You can hide your profile entirely by toggling your visibility setting off in your Dashboard. With Job Seekers (Employers): Your company name, job postings, and general contact information associated with posted jobs are visible publicly on the platform. Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including web hosting and email delivery services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena or court order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information will be removed from our active systems within 30 days. Job applications and related records may be retained in anonymized form for platform analytics. Uploaded files (resumes, cover letters) are stored on our servers and associated with your account. You may delete these files at any time from your Dashboard.

5. Cookies & Session Data

PinDoulia uses session cookies to keep you logged in while you navigate the site. We also use a "Remember Me" cookie if you opt in at login, which keeps your session active for up to 30 days. These cookies are essential to the operation of the platform and do not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing and are never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your PinDoulia account.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information: • Access: You can view and edit your profile information at any time from your Dashboard. • Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at admin@pindoulia.com. • Visibility control: Job seekers can toggle their profile visibility off at any time, removing themselves from employer search results without deleting their account. • Resume and file removal: You can delete your uploaded resume or cover letter at any time from your Dashboard.

8. Children's Privacy

PinDoulia is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will promptly delete their information.

9. Third-Party Links

Some job listings on PinDoulia may link to external employer websites or applicant tracking systems. Once you leave our platform, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email. Your continued use of PinDoulia after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
